About Me
Hi, I’m Meera (although some of you may know me as "Mira Roxanne Baker"). I'm a marketer, content creator, and culture shaper, but most of all, I'm a writer.
I know firsthand that building brand visibility begins with impactful messaging, from crafting keyword-optimized copy that boosted SEO by over 90% to managing social media pages that saw a 141% increase in engagement.
A brand's voice starts with its people. During my time managing a regionwide culture program, I developed initiatives that strengthened employee engagement, raising internal Net Promoter Scores by 17 points for company culture and 28 points for communication.
As a former Miss America Organization titleholder and Children's Miracle Network volunteer, I still look for opportunities to give back. As a culture leader, I spearheaded fundraisers that provided up to 70,000 meals for local families served by Feeding America.
With a political science degree from Georgetown College, I draw on my experience as a legislative intern and campaign volunteer to craft strategic messaging that resonates with readers.
